How to start the process? How it works?
In the next section we have given the steps for you to follow. Please ‘Register’ or ‘Ask your question’ over an email. We assist you with your dealings with the insurance company to get the claim in timely manner.
How long we take to respond to your request?
We try to respond within 2-3 business days. If you register and share the documents, we assess the case and accept or reject it in 3-5 days subject to all the relevant documents being available.
Is the processing fee refundable?
We charge INR 1,000 plus GST non-refundable processing fee. Please read our policies in the section below.
How does the claim assistance work?
We assist you in preparing the documentation and the entire communications with the insurance company until your claim is received by you.
How do we charge the success fee?
You shall have to sign a legal contract with us for the success fee. You shall have to settle our fee according to the contractual arrangement. We take 10-12% success fee on the claim amount received depending on the category of the insurance claim. We do not ask for any success fee before your claim process is successfully completed.
